法式私房菜

認識這位法式私房菜大廚,是在超過十年前的一次「上山下海」露營,當時眾人都被他的廚藝深深吸引着;他帶了豐富的食材,僅僅使用露營專用的 cook set 就能煮出要在高級餐廳才能享用的佳餚。

今晚的餐單是:
1) Potée Comtoise (蔬菜清湯)
2) Mouclade (法國 St. Michel Bay藍青口, 配醬汁)
3) 煎鱸魚配青醬
4) 美式醬汁(蝦汁)帶子pasta
5) Strawberry Vacherins

我不是無記的藝員,我不能像他們一般用諸多形容詞去描述這一餐,但我真的要由衷地說:好好味!我不嗜吃海鮮,但我對那些青口及鱸魚簡直是愛不釋手!最後那道甜品,簡直是眾人的真摯愛!
